NOTE: Payment by check ships after check clears--within 10 business days. Payment by cashier's check/money order typically ships within 2 business days, but we reserve the right to wait until clearance (within 10 business days).

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders shipped by next business day. Before ordering you should understand and agree to the following: Simple Fitness Solutions is not responsible for package delays or packages lost after they are delivered.  If you select UPS expedited service, be aware that UPS is not responsible for packages delayed due to severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond their control. 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are based on weight, destination and shipping method. On the shopping cart page click "Check Out", then "See Rates" where you can enter your zip code to compare shipping charges for various shipping options. There is a 7.5% sales tax for all California orders.

Choice of shipping (U.S.) includes First Class Mail (orders under 13 oz.), Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd-day or UPS Next Day. UPS orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or APO addresses.  

First Class shipping w/confirmation number available for orders weighing 13 oz. or less
Rates start at $2.95 for many of our lightweight items and up to $4.50 for 13 oz. On checkout page, click "See Rates." First Class rate will be listed if your order qualifies.

Shipping Times:

First Class & Priority Mail: Typically 2-3 days excluding Sunday

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days, with 6 days for southern OR, central ID & Puerto Rico. Email Simple Fitness Solutions if you need exact delivery date.

UPS 2nd-Day or Next Day:
Next Day
orders placed before 10 am Pacific Time will be shipped the same day and arrive the next day. 
2-Day orders received before 10 am PT will arrive in 2 business days. (Business days are M - F excluding holidays.)

- Custom orders are non-refundable  

- Returns totaling under $100: products returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase receive a refund of the product amount (not shipping charge)

- Returns totaling over $100: are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase receive a refund of the product amount (not shipping charge). If your order included free shipping,  you will receive a refund less the actual cost of shipping.

EXCHANGES
We recommend you return your original order for a refund and place a new order. It is faster and simpler than having to wait for your return to be shipped and processed before an exchange can be sent out. 

Warranty

All products are under a  6-month warranty for home use and 3-month warranty for professional use (classes, gyms, etc.), for normal use and conditions (no heavy usage or extreme temperatures).

All customer information is for internal use only--we promise not to share or sell it to anyone.

Countries We Ship To

Online orders ship to all U.S. states and Puerto Rico.  Contact us for international commercial sales (sorry, no small personal orders).

Purchase orders are accepted from schools, universities, medical facilities, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. They must be signed and include a contact person and phone number, shipping and billing address.

An easy way to get a quote is to:

This will generate an order form suitable for printing--ignore sales tax if non-profit. 

Request Copy of Receipt

Email Simple Fitness Solutions with the subject: "receipt request" and state in the message your order number (or customer BILLING name if unavailable).  

Problem Placing Order:

Error messages received after entering credit card number:
DECLINED--Authorization Verification Service (AVS) could not approve your card at this time. Please retry after 15 minutes or use another credit card. (Sometimes the AVS rejects valid cards--sorry for the inconvenience.)

DUPLICATE TRANSACTION--Occurs when you click the “Submit Order” button twice or when you entered a credit card immediately after getting a declined error message. Please wait 15 minutes before re-entering your card number. Sorry for the inconvenience
