SHIPPING POLICY

Orders shipped by next business day. Before ordering you should understand and agree to the following: Simple Fitness Solutions is not responsible for package delays or packages lost after they are delivered.  If you select FedEx expedited service, be aware that Fedex is not responsible for packages delayed due to severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond their control. 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are based on weight, destination and shipping method. On the shopping cart page click "Check Out", then "See Rates" where you can enter your zip code to compare shipping charges for various shipping options. There is a 4.25% sales tax for all Hawaii orders.

Choice of shipping (U.S.) includes  Priority Mail and Fedex Ground.  FedEx orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or APO addresses.  

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Shipping Times:

Priority Mail: Typically 2-3 days excluding Sunday

Fedex: 1-5 business days, with 6 days for southern OR, central ID & Puerto Rico.

Your credit card information is safely sent via SSL (secure socket layer) encryption on our secure shopping cart page provided by LinkPointCart. You are on a "secure" web page if there is a picture of a lock on the bottom right of the browser screen (Internet Explorer). You can also tell that you are on a secure web page if the URL is https:// instead of http://. Our shopping cart is secure (the rest of the web site isn't).

- Fit-loop 10-packs and custom orders are non-refundable  

- Returns totaling under $100: products returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase receive a refund of the product amount (not shipping charge)

- Returns totaling over $100: are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase receive a refund of the product amount (not shipping charge). If your order included free shipping,  you will receive a refund less the actual cost of shipping.

EXCHANGES
We recommend you return your original order for a refund and place a new order. It is faster and simpler than having to wait for your return to be shipped and processed before an exchange can be sent out. 

Warranty

All products are under a  6-month warranty for home use and 3-month warranty for professional use (classes, gyms, etc.), for normal use and conditions (no heavy usage or extreme temperatures).

All customer information is for internal use only--we promise not to share or sell it to anyone.

Problem Placing Order:

Error messages received after entering credit card number:
DECLINED--Authorization Verification Service (AVS) could not approve your card at this time. Please retry after 15 minutes or use another credit card. (Sometimes the AVS rejects valid cards--sorry for the inconvenience.)

DUPLICATE TRANSACTION--Occurs when you click the “Submit Order” button twice or when you entered a credit card immediately after getting a declined error message. Please wait 15 minutes before re-entering your card number. Sorry for the inconvenience

FOR FRAUD PREVENTION, ORDERS ARE BLOCKED FOR 1 HOUR AFTER 4 ATTEMPTS
