CHOOSE THE RESISTANCE THAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU

2 or more fit-tubes are recommended since smaller muscles (arms, shoulders) require less resistance while larger muscles (chest, back, legs) require more resistance. Also, as you get stronger you'll need more resistance. However, if you decide to get only 1 fit-tube, keep in mind you cannot adjust the resistance to make it easier, but you can adjust it somewhat to make it harder.

If you have trained with exercise tubes with handles before:

- Color coding of resistances varies by manufacturer and also what is labeled a “medium” tube
- Tubes
used in gyms will lose strength over time so new tubing will seem stronger
