Ways to Order

To order, find the product you wish to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button. You can order: 
- online with a credit card   secure online ordering
- by phone: 805-460-0228  Monday - Thursday: 8am -1pm Pacific Time
- by mail with a check or money order and your printed order form--on first page of shopping cart click Printable Order Form  ship time for check orders
- by fax: Purchase orders only -  fax# for POs

NOTE: Payment by check ships after check clears--within 10 business days. Payment by cashier's check/money order typically ships within 2 business days, but we reserve the right to wait until clearance (within 10 business days).

Shipping Policy

Before ordering you should understand and agree to the following: Simple Fitness Solutions is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Since the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) doesn't guarantee your package will arrive, neither can we. If you are concerned about your shipment, UPS is recommended as they guarantee delivery. However, if you select expedited service, be aware that UPS is not responsible for packages delayed due to severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond their control. 

Shipping Rates  

ORDERS SHIP FROM SOUTH DAKOTA

Shipping rates are based on weight, destination and shipping method. On the shopping cart page click "Check Out", then "See Rates" where you can enter your zip code to compare shipping charges for various shipping options. There is a 8.25% sales tax for California orders and a 6% sales tax for South Dakota orders.

Choice of shipping (U.S.) includes Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3rd-Day, 2nd-day, or Next Day. UPS orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or APO addresses.  

Choice of shipping for Canada includes Priority Mail International and UPS Standard. 

Shipping Times

Large Orders - please read

Priority Mail: Typically 2-3 days excluding Sunday, but no guaranteed time (can be 5 days or more, especially around the holidays). If you need a package delivered by a certain date, we recommend UPS. If you decide to use Priority Mail, please read our shipping policy.

UPS Ground: UPS guarantees packages shipped to a business address will arrive by the first day given in the delivery time column. Residential addresses can take a day longer, so if you are pressed for time, use a company address if possible. (Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.)

UPS 3rd-Day, 2nd-Day, or Next Day  

Next Day orders placed before 1:00 CST will be shipped the same day and arrive the next day. 
2-Day & 3-Day orders received before 1:00 pm CST will arrive in 2 business days and 3 business days, respectively. (Business days are M - F excluding holidays.)

NOTE: Large orders are shipped by the next business day. If ship time is an issue, please contact us prior to ordering. 

 

Secure Online Ordering

Your credit card information is safely sent via SSL (secure socket layer) encryption on our secure shopping cart page provided by LinkPointCart. You are on a "secure" web page if there is a picture of a lock on the bottom right of the browser screen (Internet Explorer). You can also tell that you are on a secure web page if the URL is https:// instead of http://. Our shopping cart is secure (the rest of the web site isn't--doesn't need to be).

- Custom orders
are non-refundable.  

- Returns totaling under $100: products returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase receive a full refund, less shipping & handling charges. 

- Returns totaling over $100: incur a 10% restocking fee on products returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Refund does not include shipping & handling charges. 

We advise shipping returns by UPS/FedEx or insuring your package if using USPS. No credit will be issued for lost merchandise. For returns, use mailing label on packing slip, or if unavailable, send items and your order number to:

EXCHANGES
We recommend you return your original order for a refund and place a new order. It is faster and simpler than having to wait for your return to be shipped and processed before an exchange can be sent out. 

Warranty

All products are under a  6-month warranty for home use and 3-month warranty for professional use--classes, gyms, etc., for normal use and conditions (no heavy usage or extreme temperatures).

All customer information is for internal use only--we promise not to share or sell it to anyone.

Catalog 

Use this button to add a free catalog to your order. If you aren't placing an order, the catalog will be sent to U.S. addresses only (first class mail). 

Countries We Ship To

We ship to Canada, U.S. and Puerto Rico. Please read note below before ordering. We have stopped shipping to other countries due to increased fraud and to an increase in lost packages sent by Priority Mail International. 

NOTE: Customs fees, duties or taxes are paid by the customer. If you refuse your package, you will have to pay the return shipping charge. Your credit card will be refunded less shipping costs both ways. 

 

Purchase Orders  
Purchase orders are accepted from schools, universities, government agencies, and medical facilities. They must be signed and include a contact person and phone number, shipping and billing address.  Minimum order is $100. Purchase orders of a lesser amount are charged a $15 admin fee. No purchase orders under $75 will be accepted. For questions, please call 805-460-0228.

This will generate an order form suitable for printing--ignore sales tax if non-profit. 

Request Copy of Receipt

Email Simple Fitness Solutions with the subject: "receipt request" and state in the message your order number (or customer BILLING name if unavailable).  

Problem Placing Order:

Error messages received after entering credit card number:
DECLINED--Authorization Verification Service (AVS) could not approve your card at this time. Please retry at a later time or use another credit card. (Sometimes the AVS rejects valid cards--sorry for the inconvenience.)

DUPLICATE TRANSACTION--Occurs when you click the “Submit Order” button twice or when you entered a credit card immediately after getting a declined error message.

FOR FRAUD PREVENTION, ORDERS ARE BLOCKED FOR 1 HOUR AFTER 4 ATTEMPTS
